General Pickup Policy
orders except Mother’s Day (including proms and other events) are pickup only unless stated otherwise. Pickups are by appointment. After you place your order and request a preferred pickup time, we will contact you to confirm. Requested times depend on availability.

Mother’s Day Orders
Delivery and pickup options are offered for Mother’s Day orders only and are limited to the dates and time windows listed at checkout.

Mother’s Day DELIVERY
Local delivery is available within our designated service area during the following window:

• Saturday, May 9 - 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Deliveries are completed within the selected window. Exact delivery times cannot be requested or guaranteed due to delivery volume, traffic, and routing considerations.

Mother’s Day PICKUP
Mother’s Day pickup is available during the following windows:

• Saturday, May 9 - 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday, May 10 - 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Orders must be picked up within the selected window.

Important Notes

• Customers must select a pickup or delivery option at checkout.

• Selection of a time window does not guarantee a specific delivery or pickup time.

• Delivery notes and special instructions are requests only and cannot override scheduled windows.

• Failure to be available during the selected window may result in delays or rescheduling.
