General Pickup Policy
All non-Valentine’s Day orders, including formal dances and special events, are pickup only unless otherwise stated. Pickup times are scheduled by appointment. After your order is submitted, we will contact you to coordinate a pickup time. Specific times are subject to availability.

Valentine’s Day Orders
Delivery and pickup options are offered for Valentine’s Day orders only and are limited to the dates and time windows listed at checkout.

Valentine’s Day DELIVERY
Local delivery is available within our designated service area during the following windows:

• Friday, Feb 13: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday, Feb 14: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Deliveries are completed within the selected window. Exact delivery times cannot be requested or guaranteed due to delivery volume, traffic, and routing considerations.

Valentine’s Day PICKUP
Valentine’s Day pickup is available during the following windows:

• Friday, Feb 13: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday, Feb 14: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Orders must be picked up within the selected window.

Important Notes

• Customers must select a pickup or delivery option at checkout.

• Selection of a time window does not guarantee a specific delivery or pickup time.

• Delivery notes and special instructions are requests only and cannot override scheduled windows.

• Failure to be available during the selected window may result in delays or rescheduling.
